Due to the nature of digital media means that once you have downloaded a plugin, theme, or another download product there’s really no way to ‘return’ it. No refunds will be given except in the case when the digital product is completely unusable.

If the digital product is unusable, we need time to try to fix it (Maximum 1-2 working days). Otherwise, we will make a refund.

We do not change product functionality and do not fix developer bugs.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order before making the payment, Because once you make the payment you will receive the download link for the product, so cancellation is not possible after payment.

 The deadline for cancelling an Order, bcas the product stays in your cart till you make payment. Once you make payment you will receive the product and it cant be cancelled.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You can cancel before making payment.

Returning Goods

As we sell only digital products there is no return & refund options. Because the product once sold will be downloaded immediately and it cant be resend or returning the digital product.
